Rewards

After the violent deaths of their daughter Carole Sund, granddaughter Juli, and Silvina Pelosso in the spring of 1999, Francis & Carole Carrington established the non-profit Carole Sund/Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation.

The Foundation assists families with limited financial resources by offering rewards to help recover missing loved ones and to bring violent criminals to justice. They are additionally committed to raising public awareness about missing persons and violent crime in America.

To qualify for a reward the following criteria must be met:

• The investigating agency must sanction the reward request and qualify the legitimate need.
• Rewards are offered for at-risk missing person’s cases, not those involving runaway or custody issues.
• The reward is announced at a press conference attended by victim’s family members, a law enforcement agency representative, and a Carole Sund/Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation spokesperson.
• Following the press conference flyers announcing the reward will continue to promote awareness.
• If and when it is appropriate a press conference will be held to publicize the reward presentation.
